Phone arrived in a timely manner. Phone was as described and functioned as expected, with one disappointing exception. The loudspeaker is blown out. Sound is distorted and bottom end is gone. I know what an iPhone speaker should sound like, and this is not it. I will need to pay to have it replaced. Perhaps you could train your testers to determine not only if the speaker produces sound, but whether it produces a full range of sound - as good as it did when new.

I just inspected and activated the phone yesterday. So far it was as described. I don't forsee any issues with this phone but if anything does occur within the warranty I will let you know.
