phone is MINT! However phone was in standard cell phone box with no padding surrounding it in the shipping container, just shifting around freely....

Seller did not mark the listing with the right color. Would not refund shipping for the return despite this issue being their mistake. (I was able to get shipping refunded by PayPal, however)

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
