Device is fully functional but had some cosmetic defects not mentioned in the listing, mainly a repair of the back cover that did not transfer the heat pads or completely seal the back to the frame. Thus, some extra work was required to remedy the device. Working great now!

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
