the phone looks very brand new but on the title or item that i purchase it was also supposed to come with a free 32 gb sd card and it didn't come with it. I also realized that when i bought the device that it said in the listing that the battery is required meaning i have to have it not the seller. But i saw a battery in the picture if i'm not mistaken that's what threw me off. It came on time 2 day fast shipping as promise and the seller was more than helpful to help me figure out why usps didn't update their tracking information but Jim the seller said he was going to keep a look out for me. I'm a very skeptical person and the last phone i bought off line was on ebay and the seller on their did me wrong . But Jim did a very good job it was just the 32 gb sd card wasn't included.
