Very happy with purchase! Arrived in 2 days as promised. Mint condition as listed. Even came with a free Galaxy S4 Tempered Glass screen. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing here in the future.
Prompt shipping. Item on the listing was black, but the device received was white. This was a great surprise because I wanted a white one but couldn't find one near the condition or price offered by this seller. Seller even threw in a tempered glass screen protector. Highly recommended seller.

The phone did not charge when I received it. However I was able to contact the seller who promptly sent me a charger that works. I am very happy with the phone.
Unit as described, 2 amp charger sent, unlikely to be Samsung, but works. Phone was running Android 4.4.2, which is original OS, but would not update on Verizon. Samsung Kies took care of the issue, now on lollipop.
The phone showed up and appeared as advertised.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
