Purchased phone on 1/15, but phone did not ship until 1/21, Seller never made contact to provide status update, so I had to reach out to seller to ask when the phone would ship. Seller never responded, but phone was shipped within the next day or so. Received phone on 1/23. So, very slow shipping, but phone was received in excellent condition as advertised.

Mostly happy with phone except the battery cover has a broke hinge so it causes the phone to constantly remind to close. Otherwise works like brand new phone.

4/8/16 - the phone went dead after 2 1/2 months. Seller only gives 14 day warrantyand then offers to fix phone for "cost". Went to phone repair store and was told that I was sold a bad phone. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
