I've had problems with this phone since I purchased it about six months ago. Dropped calls, random reboots, etc. I've tried every troubleshooting option available including reboots, clearing cache, reinstalling apps, safe mode, new SIM cards, etc.

I don't know definitively if the problem is with the phone or the network, but my sense is that it's the phone. Wish I could give a positive review, but I can't!

Very quick shipment. I was expecting a Silver LG G5 but received a Titan color (dark gray) instead; no big deal to be honest.

Phone is in good condition. The screen looks almost brand new. I do have a couple of small cosmetic defects with the silver trim (expected with 'Good' condition) but it has a chip on the top left of the device which I was not expecting. Good thing it is going to be in a case 99.99% of the time!

It did come with the charger but it was the travel charger and not the fast charger. Again, no big deal, at least it came with one! Plenty of OEM units available on Amazon for cheap.

Overall, pleased with the transaction... hope to do business with again!

Delivered quick, phone is as advertised and working fine. I will say that it was "new retail" and the security tape on the sides had definitely been cut, but no issues with the phone after 1 week, thanks!
