Though there was as mixup with the order, Jim worked hard to make it right. Very satisfied customer.
Phone shipped extremely fast, the unit was exactly as described and they took great care to ensure there was no damage during transit with the packaging. I would buy from these guys again.
Phone was sold in a "mint" condition, but arrived with multiple scratches on the screen and the body of the phone. It should have been labeled as "good" instead. I'll be keeping it, because the price was reasonable, but am disappointed with the condition not being as advertised.
Ordered mint, received mint. It came wrapped in at least 6 boxes and protective sleeves, which was a bit ridiculous but at least it was safe. Shipping was USPS so meh, but thats more of an issue with usps. Ordered March 28th, received April 8th. Not bad at all.
Anyways, customer support was on point, overall I would absolutely order from these gents again.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
