We had to return the original device that was sent to us because the % battery indicator would fluctuate erratically. They responded to our concerns quickly and the return process was easy. We returned the device and they promptly shipped a new device that was great. But the seller would not pay for the return postage even though the device was defective. Their return policy states that they would pay for the return postage if there was "an error by IAW". Even though they would not pay for the return postage I am still giving the a positive review because of their quick response to our concerns and getting another device out to us so quickly.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
