Not shipped or received in condition that was advertised. Description said mint with no signs of use and perfect screen. There are 2 very noticeable scratches on the screen. Description also said fast shipping and would be shipped same day. It shipped onthe 3rd day. I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing from this company. I will be filing a payment dispute with PayPal.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
