Doesn't reply to e-mails (wanted to pay for faster shipping bc we were leaving the state), then called him and left a voicemail to try to cancel the order before he shipped the phone b/c Apple gave us a new one, and would have gladly paid for the shipping but my call was ignored and I wasn't called back. Other than that, phone arrived as stated as far as I know, I haven't opened it since I have to try to sell it now.
We received phone in a timely manner, and it was in condition as described. Thanks so much!

Only problem was that phone did not come with tool to open SIM card slot. Luckily I had one from another Samsung phone that I could use. Other than that, the phone looks and works great.

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
