Phone is in very good condition....gave neutral feedback because it took over 1 week to get the phone... I was hoping for quicker since the seller profile said they usually ship out the same day

My phone arrived within a week of ordering. Phone is in mint condition and is working well so far. I’m very pleased with my experience with this seller and would recommend.

Seller substituted a Galaxy S8Plus for the S8 we paid for, without asking our thoughts. I realize that it could be considered an upgrade, but communication would have been nice. We already had screen protectors and cases for the S8, so it was not a nice surprise. We don't use our phones without protection, and we live thirty minutes from stores. The accessory pack we also ordered from seller at the same time arrived separately several days later - ugh.

The phone looks beautiful and setup was quick and painless!
