Shipping took a while but phone is good
This phone is in near perfect condition, as described.

Hi. I need to return this device, as it is defective. Took multiple tries to activate, only to get stuck in a reboot--system update loop that never finished. Even a factory reset did not help. The device makes a crunching sound, leading me to believe that the back was removed at some point. Please contact me as soon as possible for refund/exchange options.

Item was as described I've had no problem with it. Although I was sent the wrong carrier it doesn't bother me I was planning to switch anyway

Received the phone quickly. Phone was in great condition, and so far is working well and as expected.
Update-The phone had a logic board crash at ~5 months old and is dead/inoperable.
phone got here in 2 days.
Phone is not what it says it should be. Serial number says it should be red, while the actual color of it is gray.
