While the item was as described and shipped out lightning fast, and I appreciate the swift turnaround, however shipping this naked 12.9” iPad wrapped in some loose bubble wrap and dropping into a large padded envelope is the height of carelessness and negligence. You’re shipping an expensive $1,400 potentially bendable device with a fragile glass screen, not a shatterproof item. For a seller who appears to have extensive experience and dozens of positive Swappa sales, I was literally floored and disappointed how haphazardly this device was packaged for shipping. You got very lucky this time. You may not be so lucky next time. Buyers beware.
