Your device is covered under a 30-day warranty! After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (listed below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

OUR WARRANTY COVERS:
- Manufacturer defects
- Item received significantly not as described

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Damage of any type
- Buyer's remorse (changed your mind)

• We Have 30 Days Return Policy. After which we will not accept returns/exchange.
• If the item is broken/damaged and not in the original condition as sold, we will not accept any returns.
• In case of buyer’s remorse or did not description, we will accept return within 2 days of delivery but will charge a restocking fee of 15%.
• Please verify your address at checkout matches the address on PayPal.
• As per new PayPal Policy, any refunds due to change in address will result in 3% PayPal Non-Refundable Fee.
• All returns where the issue is not found will be charged with a restocking fee of 15% + PayPal Fees.
• We do NOT ship to Alaska/Hawaii or any P.O. Boxes.

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
- Returned device is in same condition as sold
- All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
- No password locks
- Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)

If you wish to return a fully functional device within the 30 days for any reason, a 15% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective / buyer remorse device returns and refunds. Orders that are cancelled due to having an incorrect address will also be charged a 4% restocking fee.
