Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the returned item as long as your complete package is returned to us, and if it is an iPod touch, your iCloud is removed. Failure to remove your Apple ID will delay the refund and or result in The iSuperStore to deny your refund. If you choose to return/exchange your Product for any reason, you will be responsible for the return postage back to us. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
