We offer 30 day returns on items if you decide to change your mind. However, these discretionary returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense unless item is defective (in this case we will provide a prepaid return label).

If it does not make it back to me in the same condition you received it, I cannot offer a full refund. If you ship a return, and it never makes it, I cannot offer a refund at all. Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we will be unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased.
