This phone is running Android 9 on April 2020 security update, the bootloader is unlocked so you can load a custom OS.

It has dual sim or single sim + SD card. There is also a notification LED, which is customizable thanks to the Light Flow Legacy app.

It works on T-Mobile, should be fine with Mint and other T-Mobile MVNO's, but it won't work on Sprint or AT&T, and I'm not sure about Verizon.

I just played around with this phone for a few days and realized that the landscape layout just isn't for me. I had bought it with a cracked screen, and replaced it and it works fine. There's just a slight gap at the top and bottom of the phone where the glass slightly protrudes out. This is likely because the spare panel did not come with adhesive tape on the top and bottom edges. Anyway, spare panels are on AliExpress for about $75, just search "QX1000", replacing it on this phone is relatively easy.

The battery health shows about 92% of original capacity, according to AccuBattery.
