If your item does not arrive in the condition stated or has hardware-related issues within the first 60 days, you will be eligible to receive a replacement or refund under the iSelliMac warranty. If your item was physically damaged while in your possession, this warranty is void.

Please report any issues to us within 3 days of delivery, and include photo in order to document the damage/issue. Upon receipt of this material, we will attempt to resolve your issue and/or send a label for return. After we receive the device we will resolve the issue in one of the following ways:

1. Repair the device and send the repaired item back to you free of charge; 2. send you a replacement unit; or 3.Send a refund if the item cannot be repaired and no replacement unit is available.

All products are shipped via FedEx Ground (unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout) from our Ohio warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will incur a restocking fee, and we will NOT refund any shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30%. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order.

If the return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid label through Fedex, which will include the RMA number.
