This was my work laptop that was purchased refurbished mid-July 2020. I used it for one month before being laid off. It has been in a case the entire time and is in perfect condition.

In reference to the poor feedback I have from a buyer. I had clearly taken pictures of the device and it was not listed as mint condition. There were some marks on the device that were clearly documented in the listing. I understand the frustration in buying a used product that might not live up to your expectations but I did everything I could to set expectations correctly.
