Apple iPhone Duo

Apple iPhone Duo 256GB Night Sky Unlocked
Will insure the shipment and signature WILL be required.
This is straight from Apple, it's fully paid off and unlocked.
It was purchased as financing but paid off in full. I had to choose a US carrier to purchase but the phone is unlocked! You just bypass the activation screen when first turning on the phone.

It was NOT purchased through a carrier or through a carrier installment plan.

Bypass the Carrier Activation Screen
When your phone arrives and you turn it on, it will ask for carrier account credentials or a phone number to activate.
When the "Transfer Your Phone Number" or carrier login screen appears, tap Continue, then Try Again.
Repeat this 3 times
Or if it sends you a verification code press "Didn't get verification code" 3 times
Then select "Not Now" and "OK" and you can use any carrier as the phone will not be locked.
