Advertised the phone as brand new and it's clearly a used phone. The back of it had some light scratches and the charger was clearly used with a ton of scratches on it.

Fast shipping, Got an HTC One. was told there was no lowlight camera problems. I got the phone and it had lowlight camera problems. (annoying purple tint in lowlight)
He said it was fine when he shipped it... Phone was as described otherwise. If you buy a phone from someone get proof instead of taking their word.

seller shipped quick but item was not as it was described. If he would've described it as it was the only place he would've been able to sell would be the bone-yard, I would not buy from seller again at normal prices, only if prices were lower then usual.

The way I understand it, if you are selling something, you don't need to ship it until you receive payment. This guarantees that you'll get paid. Apparently Pablo has some issue with not getting paid fast enough, but that is the way banks and Paypal work. If he feels that way, I don't think he should be selling through the internet. Now I have to wait for him to return my money, which hopefully, if he's honest, he will do. I am out $315.00 and have no phone. I hope he will rectify this situation as soon as possible. As you might expect, I am pretty unhappy with this situation!

list like new and phone has scratches on the screen, back and frame seller was rude when I tried to connect him will never do business with him :(
