While seller shipped fast and phone's cosmetic condition is as described, it is unusable with software bug. Two stars off for seller's reluctance and delay in accepting return. Had to go through Paypal's dispute process to get refund.

Phone arrived ahead of schedule and is in mint condition. Have not activated yet but plan to in next couple of days.
