Please inspect your device as soon as your receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return warranty window. If your device is damaged during shipment, alert us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

If you wish to cancel an order for buyer's remorse or return a fully functional device within the 30 days for any reason, a 4% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective device returns and refunds. Orders that are cancelled due to having an incorrect address will also be charged a 5% restocking fee.
