This device has an aftermarket battery installed (not the original manufacturer battery). Because of this repair, the phone may show a notification in Settings indicating the battery has been replaced or that the battery is unable to be verified. This does not affect the basic functionality of the device.

The device is in fair condition with noticeable wear, including heavy scratches, scuffs, or dents from use.

Fort Mill Cellular offers a 7-day return window on all purchases. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and include all original accessories and packaging.

Returns initiated for buyer-related reasons (including buyer’s remorse) may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees. These fees are 3.49% for PayPal payments and 2.9% for Stripe payments.

Order cancellations are only permitted prior to shipment. If a cancellation is requested for buyer-related reasons (such as changing the shipping address or not reviewing the listing details), non-refundable payment processing fees will apply.

Please contact us before returning any item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or materially not as described, in which case we cover return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Devices showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.
