Order cancellations are subject to 4% fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.

Any claim for non-receipt item or any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Any device reported after this time will no longer be eligible for return.

Change of mind returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

We offer limited warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within the warranty period.

Our warranty covers:
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described

Our warranty does not cover:
--Damage of any type like accidental dropping, water damage, third party unauthorized repair or opening of the phone
--Buyer changed mind

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--Returned device has to ship out within 14 days upon return label emailed
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed. Factory reset is recommended.
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)

The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages/Sales Page before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.

Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
Please pack the returned device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned demage device will result in denial of your return.
