Had to get both Fed ex and a Swappa staff member involved to get a status update from the seller after 3 days from the sale only to get a sarcastic response back informing me "it was dropped off to fedex yesterday. It takes up to 24hrs for fedex to update their website. This is my first experience using Swappa.com and it is not a very good one.
