Item as described. But seller does not follow swappa guidelines. Communication bad. I paid for express shipping as it was a gift to someone. Seller did not ship out express per swappa guidelines. Did not want to refund the express shipping that I paid. Told me he was gonna ship out UPS Ground. But sent USPS. Money hungry seller that got paid for express shipping and tries to keep extra money buy shipping at a slower service. . I will avoid at all costs in the future.
