This sale failed because of a problem with the USPS. Somehow they shipped the wrong package to me. When I reached out to Isaac to report the problem he stepped up and was very professional working with USPS and with me trying to get the tablet I ordered to me. Ultimately this process was too time consuming and I requested a refund which he immediately sent me so that I could order another tablet for my daughter's birthday. Thank you Isaac. I'm sorry this sale didn't work out.
