Even though he notified me of a better price elsewhere, communication was extremely slow, spotty, and almost non-existent for such an expensive transaction. Promised to cancel order and refund money, but almost a week later, no refund had been received. Do not buy from him. Only gave him 1 additional star just because he did find me a better deal elsewhere.

Don't know what happened. He never sent the phone, kept making excuses I have to go through Paypal to try and get my money back.
