I had a bad experience with this seller. The seller advertised the I-Pad as in "Like New Condition" and in reality the I-Pad's battery was virtually dead - requires to be plugged in all the time in order to use it. I requested to return the I-Pad and was basically informed by the seller "Tough Luck". Buyer Beware.
