The product was packaged very well and arrived in working condition. However there are a couple of things to comment on: 1) need better communication with the buyers, especially when it's something this expensive. 2) The detach key is incredibly sticky and "crunches" when I press it. That should've been noted on the listing. 3) a wipe down of the product would've been appreciated.
