Bad buying experience. Phone had defective earpiece - Seller knew this and told me they'd talked to Verizon about it and was told to ship back to Motorola. Then I was told he won't refund because he spent the money. Ultimately I ended up doing the warranty exchange myself.
Also very poor communication.
