I purchased a phone from Vince on March 20th. On March 25th, I asked him if he knew when he would ship the phone. No response.

A week after the sale, I left a comment asking for help from Swappa staff (I needed to know if filing a dispute was the next step). After Swappa staff responded, Vince left a comment saying that he would ship the phone the next day.

Two days later (9 days after I purchased the phone), Vince still hadn't shipped it. I commented to Swappa that I'd be filing a dispute. Vince then commented and said "Sorry for the mistake. Money was refunded. No harm done. Thanks"

Well, there WAS harm done. Purchasing from Vince was a huge waste of my time. For all I know, Vince never had any intention of shipping the phone, and was just using the Swappa system for a short-term "loan".

Received the phone within five days. Looks good, everything is just as seller stated and works fine. Would buy from this seller again. Thanks
