Bought a mint s10e and the device was shipped the same day it was ordered. The phone came with a pin on it, but I was able to get into contact with the seller and have it resolved. He even threw in an Amazon gift card for the trouble. The item was perfectly as described. Even though the phone came with a pin, I would trust to buy from this seller again. He took care of the problem, and even threw in a little extra.
