Seller refused to refund after he sold a China device stating it was Global in the listing.
It took PayPal 3 months to complete the refund process because he wouldn't accept a return / refund from Swappa.
Stay away from this seller as he's not looking out for your best interest, but lied on the listing to get a quick sale.
