I was surprised at the packaging that was used, and no answer to my question until the phone arrived. The phone was in the condition stated, no cord, box or anything . I think the sale probably rates 3 stars

The seller stated that the device "functions flawlessly", but the device had an issue with the cursor not clicking when setting up the macbook. After wasting hours on troubleshooting, I was able to fix the issue and don't know if the issue will reoccur sometime in the future. Overall, the device is ok.
