Very friendly, quick shipment. Included a screen protector which was not listed but a more than acceptable addition. The Device itself did have some data left over but I removed it no problem. The device was shipped in perfect condition and well protected (took me a while to open the box :-P ). very happy with the seller. he is very down to earth.

I purchased the HTC Droid DNA from "cj2566" and it was 100% scratch free and looked as Brand NEW! (As promised) But, the screen had pixel damage when I received it and both the seller and I believe it was caused by the very low temps in Nebraska and surrounding areas while it was in transit. I contacted the seller and he helped me get the phone all setup to get a warranty claim on this phone and it was successful and I very much appreciated his help in the matter! We even connected to Google Hangout so that we could troubleshoot the phone! So to me he deserves 5 stars cause he went out of his way to help solve the problem very quickly! There would have been NO reason why he would have sent me a defective phone intentionally cause the phone was under warranty and he could have easily have done that him self before he sold the phone... I would not hesitate to purchase another phone from this seller and you should not either.... A+
