Phone as described. It was well documented and in great condition. It was an AT&T locked phone and I needed to unlock it. For those who don't know, you cannot unlock a Google Pixel using a Verizon SIM card (Warp). After approval from AT&T to unlock, the Google Pixel will unlock instantly using Dark Star (AT&T SIM) or Light Speed (T-Mobile SIM). Verizon's systems are either outdated or don't play nice when it comes to SIM communication between devices and Network carriers.

That wasn't Will's problem though. He came through great! Just trying to spread some good information and hopefully save someone else any frustration.
