This laptop stopped working towards the end of June. I took it to the Apple Store and found out that Apple diagnostics were done on this machine on 5/14/26 which showed power issues and many other problems. No repairs were done. Ultimately I learned from Apple that repair would be $1,569 as there was also corrosion from a previous liquid spill and it needed a logic board, etc. Ultimately, the seller agreed to take the laptop back as they had no idea about the issues and understood the legitimate reason this request went over 30 days. CartMir also issued a full refund. It took a while to get here but they exceeded my expectations. They showed that they stand behind what they do and care about customer satisfaction.

Seller intentionally did not show photos of a significant dent on the side of the computer. While it still worked fine, I would have opted to get a different computer if the listing was described correctly to show this issue. I wanted $40 refund, but was offer $20 or a return (which seller insisted I would have to pay shipping for even though swappa policy mentioned otherwise). I ended up just keeping the computer but this is my experience. Buyers beware
