Condition of phone as described perfectly a brand new replacement. It was out of contract as described and was able to get it unlocked for free from at&t myself though the seller offered it , if i can wait a few more days. But i was impatient. Faster shipping and a decent person to deal with.

POST STATED "Perfect - Mint condition"...definition of mint condition is :
1) A condition where something is perfect or as if it was originally manufactured.
2) A state where something has no flaws.

I initially inspected and counted over 6 nicks and scratches to front, bezel, and back. Decided not to make a stink about it till wife pointed out faint crack to screen. I bought a case as well and had been in it since I received it.

Seller is a liar and blind and will NOT admit true condition of iPad. She is unwilling to do partial or full refund for the faint crack which is still a BROKEN SCREEN IPAD! Opened dispute with Paypal and awaiting outcome....BUYER BEWARE!

Phone is in great condition as promised. I was really glad I made this purchase although shipping took longer than I expected. Unhappy that I was not able to have the phone unlocked even though seller assured that there should not be an issue. I'll be much more cautious in future.
