Fast shipping, the item was very well packaged. It looks nice and screen is good. Only issue is that the battery was listed as new. I ran it through several cycles to see if it just needed to be run to get to capacity, but it is only about half of capacity for a battery this new. I’m keeping it because it is in nice condition and I’m using it at my office and can keep the charger handy.

We encountered a shipping issue that caused a long delay. However, it finally arrived! It seems like this was an unusual situation, and we had to be patient on both ends. So, the experience could definitely have been better, but it seems to be due to factors beyond our control. But, one thing that could have been better is more frequent updates.
