I am so happy with this buy from GM Deals. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The seller said it was in Fair condition. When I opened the box, I was shocked. The phone looks like it is in Excellent condition. It is much better than I thought it would be.
Everything works perfectly. This was a great deal for the price. It is a huge step up from my old Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. I feel like I got a lot of value for my money.
GM Deals did a great job. They did not just meet my needs; they did more than they said they would. I highly recommend them if you want a great phone at a fair price.
Sold a phone they either didnt want to see or weren't happy with the price. Claimed FedEx lost it but got that info on a sunday at midnight... Phone then relisted $100 higher. Meanwhile fedex tracking only said label created. I have been doing this a while, I know when its BS. (I ship daily). If the package was dropped their would be a scan of it before it *went missing*.
Phone arrived promptly and is in excellent condition. No problems getting it set up. Overall, great experience.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
