I'm offering a marginally positive rating due to offsetting polar good and bad. The phone I purchased was supposed to be a mint condition, formerly Verizon, but now factory unlocked phone. It arrived promptly and was in great shape and packaged well. However, it turned out to be carrier-locked to AT&T, so it was useless to me. My dispute was resolved same day by the representative at Adopt-a-phone and they sent a shipping label to retrieve it,and after getting the phone back-and after they realized there wasn't a direct replacement in stock for the model and storage size of phone I had bought--so I received a full refund. The experience as a whole was good due to understanding, quick and personable representatives at the company, but I really wish I had just received what I was promised.
