The iPhone 15 Pro was listed as Mint but arrived with visible body damage, damaged camera glass, and an aftermarket battery. The seller acknowledged the problem and offered to swap it for a Mint replacement, but the return label I was told had been emailed never arrived, and I had to follow up.
After they received the return, I was invited to pick a replacement from their listings. They had no Mint 128GB iPhone 15 Pro available, and the comparable Mint listing I found required paying the difference, sent separately by PayPal to an outside email address. Since an equivalent replacement wasn’t available, we cancelled and I received a refund.
The seller was responsive, and the refund was eventually issued. But the original listing was significantly inaccurate, and the replacement offer didn’t work out in practice. I’d recommend documenting condition carefully on arrival and keeping all communication and payments on the Swappa sale page.
