Item was received and I’m currently going through the device

My battery dies within a few hours and it states that the phone does not have an iphone battery. This was not disclosed in the sale.

Item was not in Mint Condition. Seller advertised "all of our phones undergo rigorous quality control to ensure they are free from any issues," but we could not hear incoming calls or music. We brought it to the apple store and they found the following:

Issue:
- Customer states that she can’t hear people on calls.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Observed issue at the bar durring the session.
- ran Mobile Recourse Inspector diagnostic -> ambient sensor warning.
- ran audio test -> top and bottom speakers are failing.
- cleaned out device, re ran audio test -> bottom speaker still failing.

Cosmetic Condition:
- no external damage to observe.

Proposed Resolution:
- replace bottom speaker at out of warranty cost of $129 plus tax.

The seller did not offer to pay for the repair, but offered a return label and provided a refund once they received the phone back.
