Happy Seller

Phone in good condition.

Not a good experience with the seller. Listing said phone was unlocked, but it was asking for unlock code when I put my SIM card in, meaning it was never unlocked. Phone is unable to connect to Bluetooth or WiFi as well, rendering it unusable. Seller insinuated that it was caused by USPS or me, but there were no signs of damage by USPS (how can internal components get damaged in transit with no external damage to phone or packaging?) and I notified the seller of the issues within an hour of the package being delivered. Need to verify functionality before listing...
