I received that phone as stated. The charger seemed to be off-brand and not original and the battery with some wear. I did have to juggle a bit for the unlock code. However the process was great and I recommend this seller again.

Somehow forgot to provide a buyer feedback the first time around. Several months later the device has continued to function flawlessly. I'm absolutely satisfied with the purchase; it was prompt, painless, and everything I needed.

Received the phone very quickly. There were no apparent scratches, blemishes or signs of use. After receiving, I was unable to update to the latest version of Android OS. Nelda offered to take the phone back and assist with the upgrade. A few days later I had the phone back again in perfect working order with the most current Android OS. Thank you very much Nelda!! I would definitely buy from seller again!

I bought two "New Replacement" phones from this seller. One worked, the other was defective. It took two days plus a Swappa employee to get a response. The prepaid label wasn't enough to cover the cost. Also when I asked if there was a device ready to be sent once my arrived I was told there was, only to find out that they took a few days to "fix" the "unused defective" phone and sent me the same one. My guess is these are refurbished. I will not use this seller again.

The smart phone was in excellent condition and appeared to be unused as represented by the seller. The item was promptly shipped within less than twenty-four hours of the sale and arrived quickly by expedited mail.

First off, the device I received had internal difficulties. I sent it back to the seller only to have my replacement mailed to a completely different state! The entire process took weeks. My purchase was fully refunded, however, due to the huge inconvenience I will not invest in this seller a second time.

I received the Galaxy S4 earlier than expected. The phone and accessories was neatly and securely wrapped for the transport. The phone is in good condition as described. I checked the wifi and GPS and they work fine. I was able to get it activated very quickly on Ting without any issue. When I contacted the seller about the tracking number, I was able to get a reply immediately. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with the purchase. The seller is very professional and I will definitely recommend the seller and buy from her again.
