Turned out the device was actually 8gb not 16gb, which is difficult to see on the 5c so an understandable mistake. Nelda was quick, helpful and understanding in arranging the return, and unfortunately did not have a suitable replacement and arranged a refund. Therefore, i'm keeping my 5* rating, as I believe it was a genuine mistake dealt with really well. Trustworthy seller.

Initially got the wrong phone with no battery, and then discovered the charger was bad. The seller made it right on both counts. Fixing issues to me is the mark of a good seller so high marks here.

I got the phone shipping very quickly and the package was very securely put together so there was no way the phone could've been damaged in shipping. The fist phone we received did not work. When I notified the seller they sent me a return label to send the phone back. They sent out a replacement phone once they received the return. The 2nd phone works great. I would of given 5 stars but due to the first phone not working I gave 4 stars. I would purchase from them in the future.
