Device was shipped promptly and arrived in good physical condition, but was locked. Return was processed without issues.

Phone did not work. Due to extenuating circumstances (daughter in hospital for extended) time it took us too long to confirm phene was okay. We did not power it on until after seller's warranty expired. Seller did not make an exception for our situation.

Received a defective device. Phone doesn't charge. Nothing like description.

Update 11/3: The phone has bricked and will not even turn on. Less than six months of having this phone.

The phone's physical condition is just as marked, so no issues. Phone operates just fine. Operating system is flawless.

Only issue is the battery. Battery will not accept charge, and will not come back on once a charge is accepted without a hassle. I went 14 hours without being able to turn the phone on. I've purchased a charger specifically for this phone-,used multiple other chargers, used a slow charger and the only conclusion I can come to is the battery.

Not very happy that Im going to have to purchase a new battery for a phone I just bought- second hand or not.

Device model number and carrier were different than on listed on sale docs. Once seller was notified they offered a full refund.

Phone worked for a month and then blue screen of death....

How can I return the phone without paying for the return? That's why we haven't returned it yet we don't have funds to return the phone.

The volume up button didn't work so well on the phone but other than that the phone was in good condition as far as I could see. But a month later the phone started acting up. The battery was completely dead after 1 week. So I bought a new battery but the phones charger port went crazy. It has a crack in it and it won't hold the charger. I was sold a lemon, not a phone. Definitely don't recommend this buyer.
