Great seller. fast ship

Quick shipping and quick response to most of my questions (although the last one was never answered). Unfortunately, seller did not mark that the phone was a European model (therefore incompatible with most of the 3G and 4G networks in the US) or that it had been previously rooted and restored (therefore HTC will not allow it to receive OS upgrade) - however, to be fair to the seller, he was not aware of either of these situations (I found out the hard way through a lot of research when my phone provider said I wouldn't be able to use 3G or 4G on the phone) and he promptly offered to let me return it if I wasn't satisfied. Fortunately for me, my parents live abroad and had compatible GSM bands in their country so they are currently enjoying the phone.

Fast shipping, Device exactly as described

I bought the device from seller because we were in same area. Asked if we could meet to avoid him shipping, but he declined which was fine. He said he'd ship right away. I purchased on a Tuesday night. As of Wednesday night, no tracking provided. Asked for an update and the next day he said he dropped it off Wednesday night and that he'd update the tracking later. If he dropped it off on Wednesday before USPS closed, I should've had it on Thursday. Thursday goes by and no package and still no tracking. Asked again for an update. He says his wife dropped it off on Wednesday and she can't find the tracking. Friday goes by and still no tracking and no device delivered. This means it wasn't shipped on Thursday either. Finally on Saturday, tracking is provided which shows it was actually shipped on Friday. So I didn't get the device until Monday. It was new as he listed, but just be careful when buying from him.

Seller did a good job keeping me informed regarding processing of payment and delivery of phone. Phone needed to be cleaned before activation, however was in working condition as stated in the listing. I would have no hesitation to purchase from this seller in the future.
